A P0102 can be caused by airflow restrictions upstream of the MAF such as blocked or dirty air filter, an over-oiled filter (K&N), an air filter that has gotten wet (once they dry they will never breath the same), collapsed air inlet tube, or other restriction.

Just a hunch, but was the key off when you swapped it? If not, the computer might have detected the voltage drop. Try resetting your computer. Go to the fuse boxes and take out PCM BAT and PCM IGN fuses (10a and 15a), wait about 15 minutes, replace and start back up. Car will relearn everything and wipe the code. It's just a bit of insurance to see if that's why it's doing it.
