car wont start

car wont start i just recently gutted the AC but when i put the dash n stuff back together the car wont start. The aux lights turn on ok but when i turn it to start the crank wont even turn. did i unplug the starter somehow? ive looked over all the cables under the wheel but it doesnt seem so. can taking out the air bag stuff cause this?
