lq4 full throttle cuts out

lq4 full throttle cuts out The engine seems to cut out, ie full loss of power for a second, then it comes back for a second then cuts out again. This only happens under heavy throttle. The previous owner said he just changed the fuel filter.
I did a fuel pressure test and got 55PSI, KOEO and 49PSI at idle. If i dissconect the vacuum line from the Pressure regulator at idle, the psi jumps to 60PSI. I have no way to see the fuel pressure while driving, the guage is too short.
I just used some fuel injector cleanser and Im about to seafoam the engine (250k on odometer!) Anything else I should check? I have no engine codes at the moment. I did at a knock sensor code, i erased it to see under what conditions will it come back on.
