Default Bad pulleys?

So my z28 has been sqeaking at idle on cold starts and sounding like a supercharger when increasing rpms. I know it has to be one of the belts or pulleys but I am not sure. I pulled off my belts tonight and the main serpentine one is pretty glazed. All 3 pulleys spin with no drag and the a/c idler is the worst and is pretty loud so Im thinking that might be it. Just to be sure I ordered all new pulleys (a/c tensioner, idler, and main tensioner, new a/c and serpentine belt and a torx t-50 because I didnt have one to get that a/c idler out) so I am hoping that this will solve the problem. If the pulleys spin with no drag does that mean they are bad? I have read that this means they are going bad and need replaced they all 3 spun a million times with no drag and the a/c idler was the worst and loudest.

stock idler/tensioner pullies can be pulled off & repacked. Big problem with stock pullies with the age on them now. There is a small notch on the backside you can get a small flathead in & remove the rear seal, repack the bearings with fresh grease & put it back on. Should fix you right up.

Just grab some good high temp wheel bearing grease from a local parts house & you'll be good to go.

If you kept the old pullies & they are in good condition on the surfaces I'd keep them & repack them, that way next time one goes out you have a replacement.

Was it a squeaking/chirping sound, or a blower-like whine (changing with engine RPMs) that you had originally??
