Default Broken power antenna?

So I got in my car to head home from work, powered on my stereo and the antenna went up as usual. Got out of the car, and it did not go down. I can hear the motor working just fine, but whatever moves the antenna up/down seems to be busted. What's the fix for this?

I ended up ripping everything apart, I found that the plastic part inside of the antenna had snapped.
