Default Headlights/cluster flickering

I have a 2000 z28 and I've been noticing the headlights flickering really fast and all the lights in the interior flicker too including the radio, gauge cluster, dome lights and all. I was wondering if anyone had this happen to them. Could it be a bad ground or a wire?

Thanks

You need a new alternator -- I had this issue on my SS and that was the fix.

^^^^ yup. If i'm correct, its not the alternator though, its the voltage regulator inside the alternator starting to flip out. Someone correct me if thats not accurate.

My PepBoys alternator has lasted 6 years....and it has a Lifetime warranty....gotta love that.
