Default AC not blowing cold(WTF)

I never seen anything like it. This is on a POS Honduh I am building out of random parts.

Here it goes.

I built the AC system, pretty much.

Some decent lines, decent looking compressor, bad dryer, stocker evaporator core, TXV and condenser core.

I evacuated the system for about 45 minutes(held solid vacuum), pumped it with one can then another one.

Nothing, the AC vent temp is 85 degrees.

I added fresh oil to the compressor and blew out the lines before I put it under vacuum.

Pressures are 35-40 & 200-230

I monitored the pressures as added each can. Compressor kicks in and out. Blower motor hums just fine.

Can I get a WTF?

You probably have a heater door that will not switch to the cooling mode. With those pressures you should have cool air.

They seem to be moving just fine. . . It's just cable actuated.

I would remove the freon and start again. My guess is there is too much in it, causing the superheat to happen at the wrong time.

I evacuated the system twice. . . I think the evap core is full of something. I didn't get a good look at it.

But, I think it is.
