Default Removing Driver Window and installing new

So basically my bracket this attached to the driver window is cracked and the guide for the rear channel to make it go up straight is broken and no longer there so I plan on buying a used window with hardware attached. How difficult would this be and what's the best way to disconnect window from the regulator so I can remove the window?

I've always drilled out the rivets and replaced them with 1/4-20 bolts & nuts.

With the door panel off, and the window felts loose, up top, remove the window.

Once the heavy window is out, you should be able to unbolt most of the stuff inside that needs to be replaced.

Well the problem is nothing in the door its the bracket physically attached to the window so all I need to do is drop in a new window with none broken hardware attached to it. I don't really know how to disconnect it from regulator tho to physically remove window. Suggestions?

Basically that black wheel guide is broken on mine and metal is cracked. Could it be fixed with hardware from a store?
