Default quick question so I don't waste money on AC

my old compressor blew up

I installed a known working compressor, good condensor, will be buying a brand new accumulator to be safe, replaced the orifice tube, blew out the main AC line well with compressed air along with where it enters the firewall, and I drained ALL of the oil out of everything so there's no guessing games

so I need to have it flushed, put on a vacuum, then filled with 1.5lbs of r134a along with 8oz. of PAG 150 oil correct? I don't want to skip a step and have something break because of it. also any ballpark figures what it will cost just for those services? a local gas station has vacuum and fill for $50 but I'm not sure about the flush

thanks!

You pretty much have it covered, but you cant have the dryer open to atmosphere for any long period of time.
