Oil Change light

Oil Change light When I turn on my car my oil change light comes on then turns off almost immediately once I put the car in drive pretty much, I did an oil change back in the beginning of June, but I dont think I remembered to reset the oil system, could this be the issue? or does my oil really need to be changed?

Mine just did this not long ago. You have to reset the oil system, its not like the newer cars that do it every X amount of miles. I reset mine by turning the key to the on position while holding the odometer trip button and continue holding it for 10 seconds or so. After that it was all gone.
