Default LS1 Ground Strap Location

I didn't know what section to put this in to get the fastest response, but this one seemed fitting. It's been months since I swapped out the LS1 in my 2000 T/A and now I'm trying to remember where the main engine ground strap attaches on the block.

In this pic, you can see the ground strap at the bottom. When pulled towards the block, it seems to fit perfectly to the bolt where my finger is pointing. I think that's a plug of some sort though and I didn't want to pull it unless I knew for sure that that's where it was supposed to go. If that's not it (or won't work), does anyone have a pic of where it attaches to the block?

Default

That looks like a head bolt, do not put the strap under that.

The strap goes to the side of the block or on any of the alternator bracket bolts.
