My buddy turns the lights off, the motors do not go down until 2 or 3 minutes later. The gears have been replaced with the brass gear since last year and this is the first time it ever happened, today on a trip from FL to GA. Also, along with headlight issue, the ODO and radio dim (like when the lights come on, but the lights are not on) then several minutes later come back on to normal.
