Default URGENT PLEASE HELP!!! no power when ignition on

This seemed to happen overnight because everything was perfect yesterday. Now when i turn my ignition on nothing is getting power, and it makes 2 dings about 2 seconds after turning it on. Like its telling me something is wrong. OBD port is getting no power, everything that is controlled by the ignition is not getting power. Please let me know if you have any ideas or if this sounds familiar. Car is right next to me so i can test your theorys immidiately as they chime in. Thanks guys.

Check the voltage on your battery if you have a voltmeter handy. Probably dead batt. ANother way to check is get some jumper cables and hook up to another car, wait about 15 seconds and see if you have power.

THere's more you can check but im going to assume you don';t have access to many tools at the moment.

Did u take the battery cables off the terminals sometimes there is corrosion behind them or check the fuse box under the hood w/ the main fuses !

check your keys chip? Sounds to me like security lock out. A dirty chip or contaminant? Possibly damaged chip?

I have power to the mirrors, headlights, turn signals, windows, things like that. Absolutely nothing to the assessories that should turn on with ignition.

EDITED.
How often do yo use tilt? I use mine everytime I get in and out of the car. I've had wires break in there before.

Also do you have any kind of aftermarket alarms or remte starter?

My initial thought was the vats system that why I asked about the lights and horn.

Nope its kind of a race car......kinda. vats is bypassed, i checked it. relay is good, checked it. and all 3 wires coming off the relay are getting full power. SOOOOO it has to be something inside the car.
