PCV Valve Replacement (in a 97 LT1)
How easy is this to change on an LT1 engine? Asking because compared to most cars, this one seems like it's buried under some other hoses. Mine also has the rubber elbow between the valve and the PCV pipe.
Anyone with an LT1 do this before? Just checking to see if there is a special procedure (don't want to mess anything up). Thanks!

Ok, so I proceeded to change the valve (man it's tight over there!)
Anyway, I successfully changed the valve. But, I broke the traction control cover (that's sitting on the diver side of the engine). Just the bottom piece that supposedly is held in place by one clip while the other side bends? Well the side that was supposed to bend BROKE!
Is it a big deal if the bottom piece is no longer there, or is it supposed to shield the TCS motor from the exhaust manifold heat? Please let me know. Thanks!
