Windows not up all the way?

Windows not up all the way? I am assuming the owner that replaced the window motors before me just did it wrong; but I figured I would ask anyway. The windows in my 98 firebird seem to not raise up all the way. The right side also seems a bit loose. Are they supposed to raise up to meeting the black plastic trim on the door?
