car doesn't want to crank sometimes Already put a new ignition relay and I hear the click when I turn the key and another click if I take the key out.
After 20 minutes or so it starts up just fine. Vats is disabled also.
Battery reads lil less than 13 at accesory and over 13 once the car is actually on.
This would rule out the ALT also.
best guess right now is wires to the starter are loose or burnt out AND or starter is on its way out
