Exclamation HVAC: Unable to turn on blower

Like the title says..

I am unable to turn the fans on with the ****.

Also could anyone give me a hint as to where the vacuum lines hook up to the HVAC?

The car was repainted and motor swapped a few years ago and have not really bothered with wanting the HVAC at all until now..

I am positive there isn't a single vacuum source hooked up to the HVAC.. I know this will cause issues with choosing what vents I want to direct the airflow, but im not sure if this could be the reason i can't turn the blower on at all???

I've been searching in the car for a while and searching google and forums with no results.. I'm going to keep on looking but It would be nice if any of you have any info!!

Thanks!!
