Brake / Clutch OEM pads Now that the brake and clutch pads have been discontinued, does anybody know where you can get replacements now? No aftermarket pads! The usual places do not have them i.e. Ricks, GM parts direct (which is a dealer anyway), etc do not stock them.

They're not discontinued. GM still makes the original factory pads......its all I've been using for 13 1/2 years.
I just got new ones 2 weeks ago from here:
Rockauto.com
Front pads: #18026298 $66.00
Rear pads: #88899570 $66.00
My dealer has them too, but they cost $40.00 more for fronts and rears.
