need help asap 5.3 wont start

Default need help asap 5.3 wont start

I have a 95 1500 pickup with a 99 5.3 in it. I have had it a little over a year and have put 20,000 mile on it and last week it started stumbling will driving. I change fuel filter didn't help, monday compltely died will driving and now it wont start. I have spark off of every coil pack, 60-65 psi at the rail, changed crank sensor, and cam sensor. Battery has good charge and it cranks and stumbles but will not start.
This is my only transporation since my TA blown up in May and i drive 100 mile round trip to school everyday need help asap.

verify all your ground wire connections

wiring is all good and also the wiring harness is basically band new from Nelson Performance.

figured the problem out, there was water in the fuel.
