what does this hose behind the intake go to? Mine appears to be broke...

Looks like the vacuum line coming off the brake booster

never mind looked at your picture again thats not the vacuum line lol

could be you pcv line is it hooked up to the drivers valve cover?

The two lines merging into one is your PCV system. The stock PCV system is very fragile and it is very common for them to crack/break. The hose in the back that isn't hooked up is the vacuum line that goes from the brake booster to the back of the intake.
