Default A/C Vacuum problem

I just put in a new motor and my defrost/floor vents works fine but nothing comes out of the dash vents. Also, the defrost/floor vents are working all the time, not just when I have floor or defrost selected (works on max, a/c, dash, etc settings on selection ****). Any help? Im assuming its one of those little vacuum hoses I dont have hooked up or something but I dont know which one is which.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks!

Take a look below your battery at the vacuum tank, I just discovered my car was missing the tank altogether and the vacuum line that comes from the valve was dangling there.

Go look near the PCM for a black plastic "T" fitting. If you're lucky you'll find that one of the hoses popped off. If you're unlucky then the little hose that goes from that "T" fitting fell off the vacuum port behind the intake. You have to feel for the port...best description is: Its right under the MAP sensor pointing towards the passengers side. Maybe 2 inches long. You have to slide that hose back onto that port. That is the line that allows the air to be directed up to the vents.

Ok thanks. I did the AIR delete so im assuming I messed something up there... There are a few hoses that im wondering if I have plugged in the right locations.

1. Where does the hose from the firewall by the PCM go to?
2. Where does the hose from the engine wiring harness right by the PCM go to?
3. Where does the hose from the passenger side valve cover go to?
4. I found a line behind the intake with two hoses coming from it, where do those 2 lines go to?
5. I also found a hose right by the horn, any idea where that goes?
6. I found the T fitting right by the PCM, what hoses plug into this and where do the other ends go to?

Thanks!
Matt

I have the same issue seems to be common! I found the disconnected vac line on the back of the intake but I can't seem to find the fitting the hose goes over! What is the best way to slip it back on? Blindly seems to be the only option... Unless is there any other tricks?
