Default squeeky belts after ls6 manifold swap

Ok guys so I take my car for a test ride and after a few miles the belts start to squeak. I do believe a coolant hose wasn't tightinedwith the clamp so I put it bck on. N the squeek goes away. Start it up this morning and its squeeking again. Eventually it goes away at idle but when I press the pedal it will squeek again. Help me out.

If you got coolent on the belt it is near impossible to get it clean, I recomend you get a new belt and that should fix your problems
