LS-ONE_DAY

I'm pretty sure I made a thread about this but I can't find it for some reason so would you guys be able to give me a manufacturer and part number for a replacement(s) Daytime Running Lights? The round yellow ones. I have one burnt out, the other still works. And then also, how do you go about replacing the bulbs? Do you have to take off the front bumper or something to get to them?

On a side note, is it possible to stop the DRL's from coming on period without any side effects?
