Default LT1 Stalls or Dies

my 1995 camaro v8. stall after a view minutes.
two months ago i replaced my bad fuel pump with a racetronix pump with the wiring harness. i put the harness after 3 weeks of installing the fuel pump. without the harness it still stalled. Fuel pressure is 42 psi at idle.
after the car stalls pressure stays the same.
New ICM, New Ignition Coil, New Racetronix fuel pump as stated.
New Spark plugs and to new Opti.

After is stalls i get the error code 16 for the Opti. i wait about 1 minute and car starts up. before i changed the opti i still got the same error code.
Then i erase the code and car stalls i get it again. i know thats normal.
Hopefully im not having to install new Opti.

Any tips would help as its my Daily Driver.

i went ahead and bought a new ignition coil. i noticed the coil itseld was loose from the square thingy. can that cause the car to loose spark?
when we did a spark test, we would get no spark. im really looking into doing an LS1 swap.

i went to oreillys to get the ICM tested. on the 2nd try it failed, failed around 5 times.
i replaced it again for the 2nd time. ran on idle for 30 minutes. hopefully it runs fine on the road, unless i got a shortage somewhere. on the motor block itself where can i have a shortage? like on what cables and stuff. battery cables are good.

well i took it to walmart. on my way out. car didnt start. i let it rest for 15 minutes and on she goes. the thing is when i drive it i can feel when it dies and as it dies i hold the gas pedal and the rpm's move and car drives on and dies again and dies. i put in a racetronix fuel pump like 1 month ago. can there be a shortage around it?
