Default Residue on and around the fuel injector

I was under the hood today and noticed this white spot around the fuel injector. I have been hearing liquid evaporating under the hood after I turn the engine off but I could never pin point where it was coming from. Does this look bad and should I get the injector replaced? and if so am I correct in saying that I should change all the injectors out as well. 90k miles and well maintained.

at first glance I thought the spot was from a puddle from the chlorinated water that boiled off after a rinse down.

Do you smell gas after running for a while?

I'd check to see if water is leaking down on it first, if not could be a bad o-ring. No need to replace injectors just the o-ring.
