Default slight miss dont know what it could be

i have recently purchased a 2001 z28 camaro it has 89k on it i did a full tune up on it and still have been exp a slight miss you could say here and there when im at a stop. no codes have came on... also i noticed that the passeger side fuel rail when i hold my hand on it i can feel its rough on that side any possible suggestions? thanks any help would be greatly appreciated

the car is bone stock except a catback exhaust and as far as any tuning goes its factory as well. with the tune up i changed the oil 5w30, air filter, spark plugs and wires, fuel filter, pcv valve, and ran a full system/injector cleaner through. along with this i can also notice some noise from the driverside left underside of the engine it seems like

What type of plugs did you put in? As mentioned in another thread A/C Delco iridium recommended and any Bosch plugs may cause problems...
