Exclamation windshield wipers wont work

ok i cant figure it out my windshield wipers wont come on ive checked the fuses all fuses seem to be fine so i was going to just put a switch in it and have it set on like 3-4 speed at all times any one know what wires i need to use ? for the switch

maybe do some diagnostic work? test for power a the motor, maybe it just needs a wiper motor?

It could be a bad wiper switch in your column. Check out this thread: https://ls1tech.com/forums/general-m...mn-repair.html

In item 21-A, there is a picture of the wiper switch connector, which lives at the base of the steering column under the dash. I'd start there, find an electrical diagram, and test the switch. BTW - Its a total PITA to replace as you'll see in the thread.

wiper motor or the splines on the bracket are fried,....
