Default What Fan settings?

I've searched and all the threads have answers saying to changed the settings when you have a 160 t-stat, but no one actually says to what new temperature reading to set it at. I'm gonna get a new PCM that will have the EGR,AIR, rear O2's deleted and would like the fans to come on early.... South Florida car

So whats a good setting?

I know the oem settings for 2002 are 226F for low speed and 234F for high speed.

i'd suggest 200F for low speed and 210F for high speed, basically drop the settings the same amount the thermostat temp dropped: 190-160.
If you set the fan settings too low they will be on all the time, and you don't want to go too low to cause poor combustion. The engine & heads are aluminum and shed heat quite well.
