So recently developed a shaking right headlight assembly. The whole assembly shakes and it's mostly due to a loose connection on the bolt assembly shown below. There doesn't appear to be a way to take this out and tighten it in any way, so when driving down the street my headlight shakes like a street bike at high speeds. The bolts in hold the assembly in at the rotating points are tight, but on the arms of the motor assembly to raise and lower it is. Any ideas? Thought about getting another arm, or drilling it out and sinking in another bolt/nut combo. Thanks guys

Super old thread but i have this same situation with RH shake? any remedy's ?

Your headlights probably are not opening all the way. When they are up wiggle them. Then with the manual screw try and open them up a little farther. They should be solid when totally open and when not totally open they will have some play.
