Default stupid idle, help?

Well i got my trans am running and its runs awesome! this time around though i put on a new typhoon 96 mm intake and throttle body and i had the computer mail order tuned. The car runs awesome but when at a stop it takes like 30 seconds to get to normal idle, and when im moving it wont go below 2400 rpm, i can actually drive the car without touchin the gas pedal because it stays at 2400 rpm. I know a vacuum leak may be the cause...what do you guys think?

I know the throttle position sensor is correct, and i know the seal on the throttle body is good.... and i know what you all think about the typhoon but its a christmas present and aside from this, i am happy with it.....

Any help would be greatly appreiciated, thanks

Check and double check all vacuum lines, did you plug the one in the back of the intake for the hvac? Evap line connected? Pcv hooked up?

Did you find a solution to the idle issue? Was it just tuning related?
