Serp belt still squeaks

Serp belt still squeaks so i replaced this thing twice in less then a month and it squeaks. it drives me nuts. if there somethin i can apply or spray on it to take this away? my idler pulley isnt making the noise, because it goes away for a cpl days after i change the belt, then it comes back. thx.

Last time I had this issue I was convinced it was a belt problem as well, because a fresh belt would clear up the noise for a short while. But after a couple times of that I noticed that the tensioner pulley had some play in the bearings, so I replaced it and the noise has now been gone for several months.
