LS1 engine tick....please help what do you guys think this noise is? i ran a can of seafoam thru the engine and changed the oil.

really guys? a day and half later and over 100 views and no one wants to give a suggestion? oh well, dont matter anyway. i know what the problem was and i fixed it

most likely its an exhaust leak. possibly a rocker bolt backed out and vibrating (easy check...just pulll the coil pack assembly off and pull the valve cover) but it sounds like a gasket leak on the exhaust somewhere.
