AC line torque specs???

AC line torque specs??? Anyone know the torque specs for the AC lines on a 2000 Z28? I have them down to 19 lb ft but one is still leaking a little.

It's a German-based torque setting:
"Goodentight".
Seriously, my 96 service manual has a range; different torques for different liines, from 13 ft/lbs to 62 ft/lbs, so which line specifically?

It's the line that runs from the condenser to the evaporator and it's leaking where it seals up to the evaporator. I've tried both the regular green o-rings and the metal/black rubber o-rings. No matter how much I torque them down they continue to leak and I don't want to go past "gutentight." So I'm guessing either the flange surfaces of the evaporator or the line are messed up, and the line is the easiest to replace, so that'll be the next thing that gets replaced.
