Default Vibration

Hey guys I would appreciate your help here. I have a 2002 Camaro SS M6 with about 65k on it. Recently I have been getting a bad vibration while accelerating from a stop or decelerating. The issue goes away when the car is in neutral and there is no vibration at idle. The dash and steering wheel shake pretty bad. Any ideas?

It could be a million different things, your best bet is to start by bringing it to a mechanic, and seeing if they are able to diagnose it. Don't start buying parts that will not necessarily fix the problem. Vibrations can come from many parts. From the description you have given, I would start off by thinking it was motor, or transmission mounts. But then again, I am most likely completely wrong. Trust me, bring it somewhere where someone can actually go through the trial and error without the hassle of you doing it in your laneway.

Thanks for the replies. It does actually shake in neutral when revving. We think it may be the pressure plate.
