Default 2001 Formula LS1 head cover removal

Anyone have any tips on getting that 15mm bolt on the back side of the head that holds the bracket for the AIR system manifold? I want to get the cover off and look for a stuck valve. Also, looking for an LS1 rebuilder in central NJ. I'm pretty sure mine has a spun bearing based on the amount of metal I found in the oil pan. Didn't see much in the filter.

Lots of stretching and a 15mm ratchet wrench usually works

Stubby wrench or ratchet works best for me.
