Default CODE 121 TPS after top end rebuild cant figure it out!!!!!

ok I had to replace my cam, and I installed a fast 102 and did some head work while i had everything out.

once I got everythign back together I started kicking a P0121 code which is Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Range/Performance Problem. It seems like it may be intermittent but its hard to tell.

I checked grounds and the pass head had 3 grounds and the driver head had 0 I assume 3 grounds total is all is suppose to be behind the heads. I did not remove any other grounds.

the ECM was replaced so that rules that out, TPS was replaced twice and one was pulled off a trouble free car.

the harness seems to plug in snugly in the new TPS, any ideas on this one?

Try a TPS relearn.
Key off.
Unplug TPS.
Turn key on for 5 seconds.
Key off.
Plug in TPS.
Turn key on. Closed throttle should be 0%
