Default 98 Corolla - Brief Stumble at Idle

My beater has been acting up quite a bit lately. In the past I've notice an odd stumble every now and then when sitting at a light, like once every few months. But its suddenly got a lot worse. Tonight it did the same brief stumble 4 times while sitting at a stop light, about 15-20 seconds apart. Maybe misfiring?

I did notice some oil on a couple of the spark plugs on the last change and I have been consuming oil so could it be the valve cover gasket leaking oil into the piston causing this? Any other ideas, like a bad sensor or something?
