Default Can this be fixed? (Underside frame?) PIC!

So I've been meaning to make a thread about this for a while, I am not sure what the actual piece is called, but I believe one of the few times my car was in the shop they lifted it improperly and smashed the piece.

This would have happened almost a year ago so I'm sure it would be impossible to try and fight, so I'd like to see if its something I can fix.

Here is a picture of the issue:

Heat it a bit and bend it back in to place. It will suck the fender in and eliminate the gap caused by it on the bottom of the fender as well.

It's a common mistake for people to lift these cars on that part of the fender, causing it to fold up and bow out like that. The best way to fix it IMO is to take a 2"x4" block of wood or one about that size and put it against the bent up part of the fender, right where the bolts are, and hit it with a hammer a few times. It will bend right back and your fender won't be bowed out.
