Default 2002 Firebird dash and radio lights not working?

I have had this problem for quite some time and I haven't had time to get to it til now. Problem is I do not know exactly what the problem is.
At night whenever I turn my parklights on, my dash and radio do not light up. Both radio and dash works perectly fine, but it does not illuminate. I have read around that it might be blown fuses, but they all seem fine. Could it be that a bulb has blown behind the dash?

all factory parts?
How did you verify 'they all seem fine'? You may want to test the fuses, not just visually inspect them. Check for voltage on each one just to be sure.
Also Im not real familiar with the fbody wiring yet, but is there a seperate ground that could have come loose under the dash?

There are multiple bulbs but separate contacts for the headlights vs. interior lights at the switch. I'd check that first and see if you are getting power out of the switch.
