Default routine oil change turned into guessing game

Ok guys I changed oil yesterday and found 2 chunks of metal that are Identical. I've searches and it seemed to be a needle bearing from rockers. Wrong. After all the pics on the web I began to beleive mine were bigger and a little more beat up. So I pulled a rocker and knocked the bearings out. In fact this one is larger.does anyone have any ideals.I just bought this car changed the oil. No noises.runs great. And is stock.

cam dowel pin maybe?
You might want to try the internal engine section, you will get more attention there.
Either way I think I would want to take that engine apart just to be safe.
