Default plugged hatch drain tubes??

Hey all, when I put my car away last year I noticed that my drain tubes in the drain channel around the hatch area are plugged up. So water is not draining correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to clean these out?! Can they be removed to service?

The car is in storage right now but will be coming out the end of the month or so. I want to get this problem taken care of early on in the season. Thanks!

I think a light shot from a air hose should clear them out

I'll try that first. I think they are just packed full of dirt and debris. Hopefully that does the trick though.
