My passenger window is getting SLOW! I saw some good youtube clips on how to replace the motor, seems drilling out the rivets and replacing with bolts seems to be the ticket. they made it look easy.
you can test to see if power is going to the motor with a voltmeter, or if you want a quick test, start one motor and then try the defective one. If the good one starts to slow down, you at least know power is present and the motor is just bogged down and failed. Good luck, we will all go through this repair sooner or later!
