Default need help with a smoking/fuel problem

i have a 2001 chevy camaro 3.8 with some serious issues. every time i start it warm it puffs a big cloud of smoke. it smells like burning rubber or some kind of burnt smell. it only smokes after sitting not driving. oil seems normal and full. im thinking my cat may be clogged because its running rich. thats my second issue. i have a rotten egg smell from my cat. 13 to the gallon and out of ideas. new parts magnaflow high flow cat
new 02s all 3
exhaust leaks sealed
new iat.
have a bottle of redline fuel treatment in there
and flowmaster 40 need help why is it running rich and smoking

I would have the cat replaced, usually when I smell that odor, it's a bad cat from my experience
