I think I'm missing an exhaust heat shield because my floor pan is getting very hot under the pedals (carpet is worn through). I cannot locate any diagrams in the parts guide of the exhaust heat shields, but I strongly remember a shield (currently missing) going up the fender which had wiring tucked behind it at one point.

There seems to be a bracket welded to the fender with two bolt holes. I have a local guy who strips F-bodies and the one he stripped for me earlier this week didn't have the shield but had the bracket with two bolt holes.

Anyone have a photo of the complete set of heat shields for the driver side exhaust?

The area I'm talking about is circled below.
