Default power window issues

Ok after a lot of reading I decided to pull the drivers side door apart and fix the issue of my window not going all the way up.
As the pic will show whoever replace the motor Farked up.
there is only 2 bolts and I'm not sure witch hole is for the 3rd bolt.
The other issue is even when I pull the window up all the way I cant get the left bolt to lineup correctly. do I need to pull the motor and start from scratch? Is there an adjustment I can make to get it to line up?

Heading out now for some JB weld hoping to get this fixed tonight

Not pretty but should last. Next will be dealing with the hacked up wiring job, but that can wait

If the washers are bonded to the composite panel, you should be fine.
