help driver window click sound (audio clip)

help driver window click sound (audio clip) my driver window has gotten this bad. wondering if anyone knows exactly the problem and what i should expect before i tear the driver door apart.
the audio clip is of the window going up, down, up.
the loud click when going up sounds like the bar that moves the window is hitting the glass.
