Default Hot Start Issue

My 2006 gto will not start when the car is hot either from running or the sun. I hv changed out the clutch pedal switch. Any one know what the issue might be? I put in a by-pass that I connect to the battery then push a button and it starts fine but I wld really like to be able to start it with lifting the hood.

You might try posting in the vehicle-specific forums. I'm sure the GTO guys will be able to give you some tips.
