motor turns over but car wont start

Drove the car fine yesterday. Got in to go to work and it will turn over but wont start up. Lately when I start the car the needles jump like when you connect the battery. Fuses check out battery has good power.

You checked the starter relay?

No I havent been able to check it yet im at work now itll have to wait till I get off ill update with how that goes

when you put the ignition in "ON" do you hear your fuel pump priming?

It's not your starter if it is cranking.

Check for spark
Check for fuel

Likely you are missing one of those but need to figure out which one you are missing before you'll be able to fix it.
