Default Dim turn signal after replacement???

Like everyone else my front turns are shot. Replaced the housings and sockets. Now the passenger is fine but, the driver is bright with headlights down and dim when up. Checked my bulb and connections. Ground looks good. What am I missing? Thanks.

Sounds like you wired one of your bulbs up backwards and have the filaments reversed.
