Yesterday afternoon I got into my car and I put my key into the ignition without turning and my gages went crazy. Im not sure what the problem is but the car will not start and the car is making a wierd noise from the fuse box in the engine bay. My dash also turns on and off and I checked all of the fuses. The car runs when its jumped but thats it. Could i have a bad battery? Suggestions would really help.thanks!!!

yes, a bad batt cell will make it flicker.

thats what you are seing.

test the batt or swap it.

other possible isue might be BCM, but i go with batt first
